For and against being self employed:

For starting a business one must have a capital (money) or even minimum steps for you for starting your company in the legal record, that the trade register, the name being registered as without the only name not name change.
In all fields we want to operate, and we must have employees who are employed work card, that is to work legally as our employees benefit from insurance.
If you course you can associate with 2 or 3.4 person depends on what area you want to perform.
But you can not work alone because in all fields need more people not just one (eg: marriage is two people do not need? It is family and children and then come and go family whole.)
There are advantages and disadvantages in all fields and therefore we must be cautious.
